Mydrim Gallery is temporarily closing its doors for a physical transformation. The prominent contemporary art space will undergo a two-week renovation, promising visitors a refreshed environment while maintaining its core artistic mission.
According to the gallery’s official notice, Mydrim Gallery will be closed from Saturday, June 20th, and will welcome visitors again on Monday, July 6th. The temporary shutdown is to make room for upgrades.
“We’re making space for something beautiful,” the management announced. “New look. Same heart.” They also thanked patrons for their “love and support” and said they “can’t wait to welcome you back.”
Mydrim Gallery has built a reputation in Lagos for showcasing contemporary art. The two-week break means collectors, artists, and art lovers will need to plan visits around the closure period.
